Experience
Adam’s real estate experience ranges from as north as Methuen and Andover, as south as the Cape, to everything in between [Somerville, Boston, Quincy, etc]! He has successfully assisted buyers in purchasing homes, as well as assisted sellers in selling their homes. From his experiences as a REALTOR®, Project Coordinator, and Junior Paralegal he is well-versed in organization, communication, accounting, finance and negotiation.
EDUCATION
In addition to his real estate education and qualifications, Adam has a B.A. in Business Administration, with a concentration in Corporate Finance and a minor in Political Science. He always had a passion for homes and interior design, but knew he wanted to obtain a degree in the business field prior to obtaining his real estate license. Over his college career, he took courses ranging from Real Estate Finance, Federal Taxation, Principles of Finance, Corporate Finance, Intermediate Accounting I & II, and more. He is fantastic with numbers, and can successfully complete CMA’s [comparative market analyses - also known as home valuations] with ease to price out homes with precision so he can get you the best price for your property the first time around!
GIVING BACK
Adam does everything he can to give back to the community, including donating a percentage of every single commission he receives. He has donated robots to schools to help students learn coding and tech, donated to initiatives for suicide prevention which is something close to his heart, and so much more.
